It’s funny, the things you remember. One day in seventh grade, I got up the gall to play this song in front of some people (I was rather timid about playing for people in informal settings). We were in my drama teacher’s classroom and she said, “Jessica, why when you play so nicely, must you play so loud?” After that, I was a little insecure about this song, but years later, my eldest brother, Josh, paid me a few bucks to play it for his girlfriend, (who would later become my sister-in-law) and he said it was his favorite of all my pieces. My love for it was revived since I figured if it was someone’s favorite, it had to be somewhat decent. Recently Mom was listening to the same song and said it had always been one of her favorites too. So here you guys go, you can listen to it anytime now without having to coerce me with money or guilt trips – hee hee. Thank you for liking my stuff.
